During the first consultation I will provide information on the amount of the lawyers’ fee for the whole procedure and transaction which is therefore predictable and calculable for the respected Clients.

In some cases (e.g. in criminal cases, in litigation, in out-of-court correspondence) the fee will be calculated based on the weight, complexity and the quantity of the work with an hourly rate or with fixed prices whereas in other cases (e.g. sales contracts, company formation, permanent company representation) the fee will be calculated in percentage or in fixed prices.
