Real Estate Law Experience

For 5 years, I performed document drafting work on behalf of a financial institution that is a key market participant in the Southern Transdanubian region. I am also a cooperating partner of a real estate broker office in Pécs. Through these experiences, I have gained deep knowledge, ensuring that the documents and contracts I prepare, beyond legal and contextual precision, protect my clients’ interests with reassuring guarantees.

Real Estate Activity

My services cover the entire process, from pre-contractual measures (acquisition of title deed, examination of encumbrances, and transfer of the deposit) to the registration of the property in the real estate register.
